Creating an Account
To create an account on KAYUB2B, click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner, then select "Register". Fill in your details including name, email, phone number, and choose your account type (Buyer or Seller). Verify your email address to activate your account.
Setting Up Your Profile
After registration, complete your profile by adding your company information, business address, and contact details. For sellers, you can also add your company logo and description. A complete profile increases trust and visibility on the platform.
First Steps Guide
As a buyer, start by browsing products and categories. As a seller, create your company profile, get verified, and start listing your products. Check out our Seller Guide and Buyer Guide for detailed instructions.
How to Browse Products
Use the search bar on the homepage to find products by keyword, or browse by category. You can filter products by price range, location, and seller verification status.
Requesting Quotes
Click "Send Inquiry" on any product page to request a quote. Fill in your contact details and message. The seller will receive your inquiry and respond with pricing.
Placing Orders
After receiving a quote from a seller, you can proceed to place an order. Review the product details, pricing, and terms before confirming.
Creating Product Listings
Go to your dashboard and click "Add Product". Fill in product details including name, description, price, category, and upload high-quality images.
Managing Orders
View all inquiries and orders in your dashboard. Respond to buyer inquiries promptly, update order status, and manage shipping information.
Payment Setup
Set up your payment methods in your account settings. KAYUB2B supports various payment gateways including Razorpay.

Billing Questions
For subscription plans, billing occurs monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. You can view your billing history and download invoices.

Refunds are processed according to our terms of service. Subscription refunds may be available within the first 7 days.
